Behind The Lens...

My name is Danielle Vasseur, but my friends call me Dani. I've been around since 1987 and living to capture moments ever since I can remember! I was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina and I shoot local but I would be delighted to travel.

I have two wonderful children and an intense passion for photography. I can honestly say this is my dream career and most adored hobby. I consider myself an artist and love creating the perfect photographic moment with tones, lights, and movement.

I shoot digital in color with the occasional black and white here and there for classic moments. I tend to shoot dark and moody with earthy warm tones. I prefer realistic portrait photography and catching candid moments over something propped and posed.

I have an educational background and over eight years of professional and published experience. I currently shoot with a full frame Canon R5 and a Canon 5D Mark 4 as my backup. I do not currently work in a studio, I shoot on-site and have access to indoor and outdoor shooting locations!
